Terms and Conditions of KISAQO Coffee

1. Identification

2. Purpose and acceptance

Online sale of coffee/accessories at https://kisaqo.com. User accepts at checkout (checkbox: "Accept T&Cs + Privacy").

3. Capacity

Over 18 or emancipated.

4. Purchase process (Art. 25 LSSI)

- Catalog: prices incl. VAT, stock shown.

- Checkout: billing/shipping details, payment (Stripe/PayPal/Apple/Google Pay/Klarna).

- Confirmation email: summary, final VAT price, delivery estimate, payment proof.

- Subject to stock/discretion; cancellable pre-shipment.

5. Prices and payment

- Prices incl. VAT (**10% coffee/food products**; 21% accessories/others, arts. 90-91 LIVA). Subject to change without notice (typographical errors excluded). Secure tokenized payments.

6. Shipping

- Mainland, Balearics & Portugal: 48-72h business days.

- EU/world: email for quote.

- Max 30 days (notify delays). External carrier; note issues on delivery note.

- Failed due to user: cancel + user pays costs. Right to change carrier.

7. Withdrawal, returns and warranty

14-day withdrawal from receipt (excl. opened perishables Art. 103 TRLGDCU). User pays return unless defect/our error.

7.1 Defects/warranty: Report 7 days; 2y conformity (RDL 1/2007).

7.2 Requirements: original packaging, perfect condition, delivery note/invoice. Refund 14 days receipt (original method).

7.3 Product nature: Natural coffee. Despite quality control (manual/mechanical sorting), occasional minimal impurities (stones, sticks) inherent. Not a defect. Inspect before grinding/using. No returns for normal impurities.

7.4 No returns: Opened (food safety).

7.5 Partial returns (bundles/packs): Refund individual item price only. Bundle discount forfeited; full price retained for remaining items. Art. 119 bis TRLGDCU.

8. Intellectual property

Content protected (IP Law). Personal non-commercial license.

9. User obligations

No illegal/fraud/viruses. Termination for breaches.

10. Liability

Conformity at delivery/expiry. Indirect damages excluded (legal max). Force majeure excuses.

11. Third parties (Hostinger/payments)

Not liable for external failures.

12. Amendments

Posted here; continued use = acceptance.

13. Governing law/jurisdiction

Spanish. Almería courts (consumers: arbitration).
